Hypersonic Company was founded after a decade+ building and scaling SaaS platforms across startup, scale-up and advisory roles. The same patterns surfaced repeatedly: teams stuck in reactive mode, platform foundations neglected until velocity collapsed, and process layered on top of unclear architecture. The studio model emerged as a way to explore sustainable velocity systems outside the constraints of a single org.

Rather than chasing breadth, we pursue depth: small surface area, sharp edges, strong taste. We ship tools and playbooks only where we believe we have an unconventional perspective informed by scars—not theory.
